Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information CoffeeWork collects and how it's used. CoffeeWork is an early-stage product, so this policy will be reviewed and expanded as the platform grows.
Account Data
When you sign up with an email and password or with Google, we store your email address, display name, and any profile details you choose to add.
Content You Submit
Reviews, ratings, and photos you add to a coffee shop listing are stored through our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and shown publicly on that listing's page.
Location
The Map page may ask your browser for your device's location so we can show nearby workspaces. That location is used for the map view in your session and is not stored on our servers.
CoffeePass Loyalty Scanning
When a participating coffee shop's staff use the CoffeePass cashier tool, that device's camera is used only to scan the loyalty QR code presented at checkout — we don't use camera access to build a profile of you.
Analytics
We use Mixpanel and Google Analytics to understand how CoffeeWork is used (for example, which pages are viewed and which buttons are used), tied to a device or account identifier. We don't sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run CoffeeWork on our behalf — Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and Vercel for hosting.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time by emailing justomarelli@gmail.com.
We may update this policy as CoffeeWork evolves; the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
